Orders and Shipping
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being received. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
When making a purchase, there is a box to mark if you would like us to save your information and set up an account.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
If you choose to save it.
The number of packages will depend on the number of items you order.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Requests to return merchandise must be made within 30 DAYS of the ship date. No returns are accepted on cut fabrics for any reason. Once you cut or use the fabric, you have accepted it. Please check all orders for damages, flaws or errors, immediately after receiving the goods.
Please contact us as soon as you realize your order is incorrect. We will email or mail you a return label. Once you receive the return label, all you need to do is drop it off at your local UPS store. Please make sure the package you are returning is protected from shipping.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will mail or email you a return label to use to send it back to us. We will get a new order shipped out right away.
We will mail/email you a UPS return label to use for the return. All you need to do is attached the label to the package or box and drop it off at your local UPS Store.
Please fill out the information on the “Contact Us” page and someone will contact you right away. Please note, we are only open Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm CST.
Contact us right away and if the package hasn’t shipped we will change it.
As long as the order hasn’t shipped, we can make changes or cancellations.
Although rare, we will contact you if we are out of stock on an item. You can cancel or backorder the item. If you decide to backorder, we will ship it as soon as it arrives.
